Microwave Night Light Won T Turn Off

Yes there is a switch on the control panel to turn light on and select bright or not so bright.

Microwave night light won t turn off.

I got a new bulb and the issue is the same. Here is my problem. I tried unplugging the microwave for 30 seconds or so to let it reset but as soon as i plugged it back in the light is on. Start date may 29 2017.

The light under the unit won t turn off or go to dim mode. If these parts seem to be working properly test the control board with a multimeter to determine if it sending the correct voltage to the light bulb socket. If the control board is not sending enough voltage to the light bulb socket replace the control board. I took the bottom panel off and noted that the bulbs were glued in with silicon cement.
